SBA - The Small Business Administration in Providence is a great place to gain training and counseling. The SBA also provides other resources, including what you need to know about laws regarding small businesses.  They can also lead you to many opportunities.  Check them out.

BuyLocalRI Public Service Announcement from Office of Lt.
The State of Rhode Island, through the office of the Lieutenant Governor, Elisabeth Roberts, has launched the
‘BuyLocalRI Campaign’
 Buy Local RI is an initiative to increase sales for Rhode Island's locally owned small businesses in tough economic times. Join Lt. Gov. Roberts as she tours “Main Street” shopping districts throughout the state, highlighting the opportunities to Buy Local RI.
